This is a great uni. It is close to public transport, whilst also having an array of cheap take out, restaurants and fast food options for students. The freshers events are great to make friends and get involved. Don't miss any! The departments are very friendly by letting people change courses, providing links to careers website and going the extra effort to provide the best experience. It's very diverse in culture and backgrounds and reflects the London environment.

I think being in London has a big impact upon the life and the atmosphere of queen mary. it offers diversity and allows you to experience real life, but at the same time perhaps does not give back the university experience some students look for.
