Whether you have ambitions of working within the professional sports environment or running your own clinic, our accredited Sports Therapy degree gives you the skills, knowledge and experience needed to treat and rehabilitate professional and amateur athletes.
With sports therapy backgrounds in private practice, professional and semi-professional sport, our lecturers bring practical experience to their academic knowledge. Teaching combines formal lectures with practical laboratory and clinical workshops. As a Sports Therapy student, youâll be guaranteed a placement, internship or volunteering opportunity to develop real-world skills. We also provide the experience of work under the supervision of The Society of Sports Therapists accredited staff, to deliver treatments in our sports therapy laboratory.

Stafforshire has fantastic teaching staff who really do their best to help you. The union is very active too, and it’s a great way to meet people. Gobble and Super Friday at the LRV were such amazing nights, and there's so much in Stoke to keep you busy. There's not so much on the Staffs campus, although the food and facilities are great.

This university is fantastic! It has lots to off such as club nights in LRV and pubs such as Verve to have a drink with friends or if you fancie a coffee pop in to squeeze box, everyone here is super nice and friendly
