Our MPharm programme is taught through a series of case studies that bring together the science of pharmacy with the needs of the patient.
The course offers placements in either community or hospital settings in each year of the course so you can gain the experience needed to successfully enter the workplace.
You will benefit from inter-professional learning opportunities with Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS), and from teaching informed by our extensive industry links and world-leading research.
Our researchers are pioneering new approaches to regenerative medicine, asthma and diabetes care, and leading the development of innovative biomedical products.

Application deadline details:
I would recommend Brighton to anyone, it’s an amazing city for students! It’s nice and compact, with everything in walking distance and loads of pubs, clubs, shops to try out. It’s a little bit expensive, but with budgeting you’ll be able to sample the best the town has to offer. The accommodation is only twenty minutes out from town on regular 24 hour buses, so the nights out never end. My course has loads of contact hours, with passionate and fiercely intellectual lecturers who give fast, 24/7 feedback.
