During this course, you will learn the core subjects of an Economics degree, including micro- and macroeconomics, with examples and applications for day-to-day life, giving attention to the historical, social, political and international contexts that influence the development of modern Economics. Our Law (Combined) degree is delivered by a team with academic, professional and practical experience. Wherever possible, staff interests and expertise are built into the modules that we deliver. We also endeavour to provide you with additional opportunities. These may range from, the further enhancement of core skills, organising charity fundraising events, and even contributing to the development of the Law School itself.

Economics - A variety of formative and summative assessments will be used, including in-class tests, individual and group presentations, written reports and essays, online quizzes, computer based exams or research projects, together with traditional written exams.
Law (combined) - Assessment is varied throughout our course. There are term time assessments including essays, group work, presentations and critical reflections. A significant number of modules will also have exams which will take place at the end of the teaching period.
