Clare Hall is located on Herschel Road which is in West Cambridge. It is right across the road from Robinson College and is next door to the Cambridge University Rugby ground. The area itself is very quiet and attractive. The college is particularly convenient for anybody who is based at the Sidgwick Site or the Cavendish Laborartory as both are within short walking distances. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from Clare Hall into the centre of town. The major disadvantage of the location is that it doesn't have any supermarkets nearby.
