Time: 30mins (this is a recipe you can do in advance and leave in the fridge for a few days)
Mince meat - 500g 1 onion (sliced) 1 garlic (sliced) 2 peppers (sliced) 1 can of brown beans Peeled tomatoes qb Instant mash potato egg yolk Salt
How to do: Get a frying pan and heat some butter or oil, add the onion together with the garlic, let it cook. Add the mince meat and stir until is fully cooked. Then add the tomatoes, peppers and beans. Stir everything for about 10 mins and put some salt.
Now its time to get a large Pyrex (ovenware) and place the previous mixture in the bottom. Prepare the mash potato (just enough to cover), this will take like 5 mins, just add boiling water. Pour the mash potato on top of the mix. Stir a egg yolk and 'paint' the mash with it. Take the whole think to the oven for another 5-10mins or until the top is brownish.
Once ready, you can leave it in the fridge or freezer and serve when you're hungry.
