- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Grill tray/pan
- In the bowl, marinade salmon in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper- not too long as the lemon juice will cook the fish.
- Place the fish on the grill tray and grill until just cooked.
- Serve with whatever you want, for example fried potatoes, salad, seasonal vegetables or rice.
