Tricky Spectroscopy Question

Hey this question comes from the Edexcel Unit 5 Nelson Advance Science book (p108 Q6)

A pleasent smelling liquid L, gives a red ppt with 2,4-DNP. The mass spec shows peaks at 120, 105, 77, 51, 43

Deduce the structure of L.

ok well all I can come up with is

which would explain all the peaks but the one at 51.
The 51 could be to do with some kind of common recombination, but I'm not sure =/

anybody else have any ideas on this, my teacher was stumped as well.

51 is one of the signature values for a compound containing a benzene ring, it's due to C4H3+
