The best place to look up masses for elements such as aluminium is the periodic table which of course you get in the exam. The relative atomic mass of aluminium is 27 according to the AQA gcse periodic table I am looking at. The mass of electrons is very small when compared to other sub-atomic particles and losing or gaining electrons will have little/no effect on the masses of atoms
