Hey! I'm a ScotGEM student studying at the university of st andrews and university of dundee in scotland!

If you're an aspiring doctor thinking of applying to medicine, or you've done a degree and are applying as a graduate either to standard medicine courses or specific graduate entry medicine (GEM) courses, I have been writing about what helped and what didn't help during my process to getting into medical school. I'm just writing in my free time so nothing serious but it might give you ideas about how to study for things like the UKCAT or GAMSAT and provide a useful way of finding resources that will help you in your studies!

My name is Chris. I'm 19 years old, and finished my A Levels last year. I'm not from a rich family and have very little savings. I went to australia as my gap year in order to learn new things and get out of a bubble. Ive fallen in love with the place, and want to study and live here indefinitely. However, as many know, we dont get student loans for Aus, and its very expensive. Here is how I will manage to make enough to study, and live my dreams. Hope you guys can too
