IT WAS ALL APPLICATION. WTF was the egg questions ?!

I talked about how heating breaks the bonds and it becomes a secondary structure from a tertiary globular protein. Since its not globular anymore its insoluble thus becoming solid

Can someone create an unofficial mark scheme? Idk if one was made for paper 2. They did one for chem edexcel and it was so useful to see how well or not you did and share answers
