Anyone from Hong Kong or USA applying for a tier 4 visa?!?!

i have recently received offers fr universities in the uk,, so im jus wondering if it is easier to apply for a tier 4 student visa in HK or in the US... or it is the same?!

if anyone in the same situation,, feel free to discuss it here;]

In that case, it'll probably be easier to apply in the US since you're living there as a permanent resident.

You can always contact the British embassy in the US and ask what would be easiest for a person in your situation.
