Go through International Student Loans website to get a US student loan - you will need a US cosigner, this can be anyone who is a permanent resident in the US that you know, who is willing to sign the form. Bear in mind that this is a private loan that will have to be paid back from at most 6 months after finishing uni, regardless of whether you have a job or not. Some loans have to be paid back even sooner, sometimes even while you're at uni, so make sure that's what you want to do. You can occasionally get private student loans in the UK too - search for banks and such that offer them. Again, the terms will be much less favourable than the government loans, which you won't be eligible for.
