Hydrogen's atomic number is 1, meaning there is only 1 electron. There needs to be a proton in order to keep the electron. Thus there is 1 electron and 1 proton. Since an electron only weights 1/1840 (nearly 0), it does not count towards an atom's RAM. Thus the RAM is only 1.
