If you mean the calculation, it was 1.8g

Any ideas on why the mass was less than 2.2g (something like that):
maybe all CaC03 didnt decompose and some crumbled and fell off?

You had to eliminate the 1.0g result because it was anomalous.

For the two hydrocarbon is it Alkene and Alkane

there was an anomolous result!!

Did you guys do C2? I'm on Edexcel and we all found it lovely! High grade boundaries though :O

For why carbon dioxide was removed, is it because it was a solid and would have blocked pipes?

I got -- some product was lost in the process, and the controlled variables where not controlled throughout - so it wasn't a fair test.
