Nucleic Acids

Could someone explain how I should do this question? What does it mean by normally?

The formation of specific base pairs in nucleic acids is fundamental to
life. Using the structures of the nucleotide bases below, draw the base
pairs that form normally indicating the basis for the specificity of base
pair formation.

Thanks!

A:T and C:G, the first has two lots of hydrogen bonds holding the bases to each other, the other has three...

is my best guess, given that I don't have the "bases below".
