Dilutions

Hello!
The glucose concentration from the standard curve is 0.022 mM and I need to find the original concentration of glucose in the plasma sample.

In the test tube there is 100ul of plasma sample + 0.9ml of buffer. Then 20ul of this is mixed with 1 ml of the enzymes. This mixture is used to measure the glucose concentration.

The dilution factor of the (100+0.9) is 10. So I need to multiply the 0.022 by 10 to get original concentration of glucose?? or use 20ul+1ml, where dilution factor is 51 and use this value to calculate original glucose concentration? or use dilution factor 10 and 51 to calculate concentration??

Dilutions have been always confusioning me! thank you for any tips or help!!
