Ionisation Energy HELP!!!!!

The paper asks me to:
"Explain why th eionisation energy of every element is endothermic."
Google is your friend.😊
Hi,I am Nadirah and I am a newcomer.I think I have answer for your question:h:
Ionisation energy ia an energy that required to removed the electron from atom in their ground state form.Because it needs the enerny so,it is classified as endotermic energy. That's what I understand from what my lecturer teaches me.If there is any mistake,I hope anybody can correcting me

endothermic means energy is taken in during the reaction. hence during the first ionisation, energy is required to remove the electron from the atom. and as energy is taken in, the reaction is classified as endothermic. from what i understand.
