What have you tried so far?
Use the fact that (sint)^2 + (cost)^2 = 1
Then a few steps later use the fact that sintcost = 0.5sin(2t)
Finally use the fact that cos4t=1-2(sin(2t))^2
Then a few steps later use the fact that sintcost = 0.5sin(2t)
Finally use the fact that cos4t=1-2(sin(2t))^2
