Dissertation questions on Drones in the Surveying Industry

Hi All

I'm currently studying Building Surveying BSc at Nottingham Trent University, and am conducting research for my project on drones in the Building Surveying industry.

The topic of drones in the commercial industry is still a fairly new idea, and is evolving at a rapid rate. My project intends to cover the various minimum requirements for drone flight, the effects that drone usage will have on the building surveying industry and the public, and how professionals may utilise drone usage for surveying purposes.

I am looking for people in the construction industry, or who have an interest in drones, to be as kind as to answer a few questions for me? The questions are as follows:

How do you think the increasing number of drones in the commercial sector will affect the public, and the public's privacy, if at all?

How do you think that the strict regulations that are in place will impact the usage of drones in large cities (such as London), both negatively and positively?

If you were to conduct a property inspection, would you consider appointing a specialist drone company, and why?
