The problem being I have my weekly chart on my myspace so all my snobby muso mates can see when I've got addicted to a Paramore song, for example....!

Not much, I listen to the last.fm radios, I can listen to a "loved tracks" radio, I can also listen to my own radio and everyone elses and stuff like that. Plus when there's something new, I get to try it out first before they give it to the rest of the site. It's about £1.50 a month, I buy a load of months and just wait it out, really.

If you don't really use the radios, then there's not much point, I guess.

only annoying thing about it, i find, is that it only counts the tracks you listen to from your computer and not the 1s you listen to on your actual ipod which i play my music on most of the time!

i meant like after youve played music on your ipod and you reconnect it to your computer, lastfm doesn't register what was played

I love last.FM purely because I can look back at my weekly playlist and think 'Damn, I listened to THAT, that many times'.

Also ... you no longer get any adverts and you get to see who has been looking at your profile (a feature I really like).

Yeah, something I like as well because there are some people who don't know you can see them and they constantly visit your profile, we have nothing in common musically, I never understand why they keep coming back.

Non-scrobbling is a recurring issue for me. It sometimes stops for a day, but always updates everything eventually.
