What comes with a sub?

I also find myself trying to stop listening to embarassing things after less than 2 minutes to stop them showing up- surely thats gotta be a good thing...encourages me to turn off rubbish quite quickly!!

No such thing as an embarassing song. http://www.last.fm/user/nicholaswhite/ 43,290 plays since July 2005
The problem being I have my weekly chart on my myspace so all my snobby muso mates can see when I've got addicted to a Paramore song, for example....!

Not much, I listen to the last.fm radios, I can listen to a "loved tracks" radio, I can also listen to my own radio and everyone elses and stuff like that. Plus when there's something new, I get to try it out first before they give it to the rest of the site. It's about £1.50 a month, I buy a load of months and just wait it out, really.

If you don't really use the radios, then there's not much point, I guess.
only annoying thing about it, i find, is that it only counts the tracks you listen to from your computer and not the 1s you listen to on your actual ipod which i play my music on most of the time!

there is a way to do that - you obviously have to connect the ipod to the pc other wise how owudl it ransfer the data.

i meant like after youve played music on your ipod and you reconnect it to your computer, lastfm doesn't register what was played
im fairly sure it can be done!

check this http://scrobblepod.sourceforge.net/

when you play songs on your ipod does it update that into to itunes? because i guess that is the key..
last.fm is super. I left myself signed onto someone else's computer and their crap music keeps appearing though :frown:
Is anyone else's not scrobbling currently? mmmkay thanks

I love last.FM purely because I can look back at my weekly playlist and think 'Damn, I listened to THAT, that many times'.

Also ... you no longer get any adverts and you get to see who has been looking at your profile (a feature I really like).

Yeah, something I like as well because there are some people who don't know you can see them and they constantly visit your profile, we have nothing in common musically, I never understand why they keep coming back.

It happens to me all the time. It usually fixes itself after some time

Non-scrobbling is a recurring issue for me. It sometimes stops for a day, but always updates everything eventually.
