Supporting application not working!

Hi, my husband is trying to support my application for student finance, I am applying through SFE, but his account is with Student Finance Wales. Every time he tries to support my application, he gets an error message that says:

An unknown error has caused the application to stop working. Try and log into your account later and resume your application. If you continue to see this message, contact Student Finance Wales

He is currently unable to support my application so that I can receive the full amount of student finance. What can I do next?
