I am a qualified PA with no hope of any jobs ! I bloody regret that I made the decision to go into this hopeless field ! Good thing is I didn't pay the fees. So ,based on my experience, do not spend a penny for this course as most doctors are trying to get rid of us at the moment ! Come back in 5 or 6yrs, have a look and see things have changed. If you still want to do this, come to Wales and do it for free
