Hello, Fatimamashal306
Thank you for your question. My name is Rebecca I am a student ambassador for Middlesex University. I would recommend contacting our ambassador for Nursing Antonio here.

But one thing that helped me to choose Middlesex was the equal focus on theory and practical skills. Nursing has placements from the first year alongside lectures and has great links with placement hospitals.

If you have any more questions feel free to message me.

I have an offer to study nursing at Middlesex for Sept 2022 and am really considering accepting based on their student satisfaction. The women who interviewed and accepted me were lovely as well. Do programs not usually have placements from year 1? I didn't realize this is unique to Middlesex.

Hello, emdavidson Thank you for your question. My name is Rebecca I am a Student Ambassador for Middlesex University. I would recommend having a look at the National Student Survey to compare data for each University you are interested on things like employment and student satisfaction. https://discoveruni.gov.uk/course-details/10004351/144B741K3/FullTime/It really depends on the University of how the placement hours are laid out, as to achieve a professionally recognised qualification it has to meet accredited standards. This is one thing I really like about Middlesex University is the equal focus on theory and practical skills, that equips you for the world of work.
You can see the details of the course placements in the course specification under course content on the course web page.
