hey,
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Latimer house in Vauxhall, L4.
I’ve had to drop out of the tenancy because of a change in circumstances meaning I’ll be moving home next year. It is a 3 bed flat, will send photos if you are interested?
Good transport links, 30 minute walk to knowledge quarter. The other two girls are going into second year and are lovely, tidy and easy to get along with.

£110 per week, bills included.
