What everyone get for the percentage purity, I got 33. Also for the hours I got around 500
for percentage purity i got 80.1%
i got 321.6 hours for the hydrogen thing which ik is defo wrong
and i got 4.76 x 10^-6 for Kc

For the purity I got 79% and for the hours I got 5.4.

Thought it was a good paper, the pre release article questions were really nice. Some weird questions overall tho, E.g. the ‘what advice would you give’ re recrystallisation.

What did you think?


I calculated the yield using moles from previous q and it was over 100% so I said try the recrystallisation with an organic solvent to get rid of organic impurities. Sounds quite right to me but idk

I found the moles of hydrogen (10) and doubled it cuz hydrogen to electron ratio was 1:2. Then I multiplied 96500 by 2 divided it by 100 and 3600
