Work and Power Question

Hey Im stuck on this question, Ive tried using the gravitational energy formula and power=energy/time but can't get the right answer.

A ski lift transports 2800 people to the top each hour
The vertical rise is 400m
The cable travels at 5.0ms-1
The maximum power consumption of the motor is 364000W
Assume throughout this question that the mass of a skier is 90kg.

Show that the rate at which energy is converted to gravitational potential energy is about 300000w.

Any help would be appreciated

h = 400 m
v = 5 m/s
m = 2800 X 90
g = 9.81 m/s^2

P = mgh/t
= 274680 W

about 300000 W

I'm not sure what the velocity and power consumption values are given for, unless they want to know the efficiency of the motor?
