A.is a sequence in all tRNA molecules which allow them to interact with aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases
B.can be frequently associated with UAG codons
C.Identifies the initiation codon in prokaryotic mRNA
D.Is part of the 16S rRNA molecule and binds to the initiation codon and surrounding sequences in mRNA

is it C or D?
i think C because its does not bind to surrounding sequences right?
