Tenancy Takeover - Newcastle/Northumbria - Mansion Tyne

I have a property available at Mansion Tyne student accommodation. The property is located on Howard street Newcastle. Its a 5 minute walk to Northumbria university and a 10 minute walk to Newcastle. The room is a classic en suite at £140 a week on a 52 week contract expected to end by June with final monthly payment being on 1/06/2024. The room itself can be viewed on the website but includes a small double bed alongside an en suite bathroom, study area and ample storage. Shared kitchen/living room with cluster flats ranging from 4-15 beds per flat. Room approx 14sqm. The room is located on the first floor flat 100
