That was the first Louis Theroux episode i had seen. It was good. I like how he asks questions which have obvious answers, just to make the people look bad. but obv they dont think theyve done anything wrong.

Does louis have any other tv shows like this?

Well he has done like loads of these controversial docs but as far as I know he doesn't do any other programmes. :smile:

Just watched both parts of the Westboro Church and the Ultra-Zionists episodes. Excellent, loved all of them (the first part of the America's Most Hated Family was slightly better though IMO).

Btw, there should be a thread about documentaries in general (unless there already is one but i'm blind).

Anyone watch yesterdays episode of Miami Mega Jail - Part 1. Louis actually looks pretty scared throughout some of it, I'd be ****ting it if I was in there. Looks a lot worse than San Quentin prison.

Yeah I totally forgot it was on as well, just came back from an exam and am watching it now. So far it's been a pretty good watch as are all of his docs.

Yeah, his story seemed a bit messed up. He seemed really normal at first & was kinda denying it. Then we find out he's pleading insanity for 2 counts of attempted murder :hmmm:

I wasn't too sure about the stalling though, idk, the whole system seemed really weird.

Just finished watching the whole thing, it seems like one massive loony bin. Can't wait for the second part.

Gotta love Louis Theroux, he produces probably some of the best documentaries out there. I like the way he portrays himself as naive at times, but he blatantly knows what's going on.
