Your body, your choice...There's risks involved in any body surgery, so at the end of the day, only you can actually consider and weigh up those risks. Obviously, if it's causing too much pain, then there's more of a physical justification to have a reduction, although a psychological justification would also warrant some justification. But, again, that depends on you.

I would suggest that it's all about body confidence. Not all girls with small boobs want big ones, but those that do should be more confident with themselves. If you are confident in yourself, that is something that is noticeable. Of course, there are unavoidable pressures from society, however....

Not all guys are obsessed with big boobs, for the record. However it is disappointing that people wouldn't look you in the eye when they speak to you...

Maybe just give an awkward fake cough, when they just look and stare though...
