Is this compound found in the human body?

That's not a single compound, the R groups are variable.

Thank you. I think this compound undergoes addition-elimination. The compound I've drawn is an intermediate which then eliminates to form a phosphate ion and an alcohol....I think.

Organophosphates do undergo addition-elimination :yes: What you've drawn is the ''product'' of an organophosphates reaction with water:

(RO)3P=O + H2O ---> (RO)3P(OH)2

it's only an addition up to this point :smile:
