AS12 Form

Hi..I sent this form off last week [ when I received it] to the uni..I was supposed to get a P76 form or something [frm the uni] which is the final confirmation that you are going there! ve still not recievred that so should I ring to ask whether they have actually even recieved the AS12 form? [ [ as there was a 14 day limit]

I've never even heard of the P76 let alone received it. You should wait till the end of the week, and if you've not received any packs or letters from the uni, ring them up and ask what the situation is.

Just rang to to ask whether they had recieved the as12 form they said no!!!

was it the right address u sent it to? or the right department...
