So I really need financial help :/

Okay, well I'm an American student going into my Senior year of high school. I've really been looking into the college, Robert Gordon University, in Aberdeen, Scotland. The thing is, being an American student limits my financial help. I would love to study all of my University years there, but I need help getting money to fund for uni. So if anyone can help me find something on financial help for perminate stay overseas, I'd really appreciate it. I just need loans or grants, something to help me pay for my dream.
