UK and Irish universities, obviously. Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin being the two main universities in the ROI.
Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Lund are the three that come to mind on the contintent.
I'm not aware of too many German universities who offer courses taught in English though some may exist. What's more, German is the most widely spoken European language (as a frist language in Europe) and, for English speakers, is relatively easy to learn. By contrast Dutch and, to perhaps a lesser extent, Swedish and Danish universities are more likely to offer a wider range of courses in English as their respective languages aren't as widely spoken.
I know there's Freie Universitat Berlin but I think their History course is primarily taught in German.
