What is the job that requires the greatest 'cleverness/intelligence?'

While scientists and mathematicians are incredibly intelligent I would say that Prime Ministers and Cabinet Minister should be the most intelligent, I want my Prime Minister to at least have a PhD and then to have written books and academic articles on political philosophy and sociology etc.
