NTU Accommodation - How is 21 Waverley street as an option??

Hi folks,

I am an international student planning to study at NTU this September.
Since my classes would be at the City Site campus I was considering the 21 Waverley Street NTU accommodation option.. It is relatively cheap and is good for mature students like me - I would be studying MSc Psychology.

I wanted your views on this option especially of the current students and of those who know the area well.
Is it value for money and a good option in general ?
I wanted some place nearest to the campus and the city centre as i intend to take up a part time job along.

Hey, I'm also wondering how is Waverley Street's accommodation like as there aren't many pictures of it published on the internet. I only saw their little thumbnail pictures on the corner of the NTU site. Would appreciate if anyone of you could provide some feedback. Cheers!
