A quick tan clarification question??? (1 mark)

Those are not the two angles for tan.

The first angle is 36.9 and is in the first quadrant where tan is positive. Tan is also positive in the 3rd quadrant so to get an angle in the third quadrant do 180 +36.9 which gives you 216.9

Therefore values of tan are 216.9 and 36.9

Is it a fact you have to learn or did you just know from when you added 180? :h:
