Orbital Hybridisation help

I know this is technically chemistry but it's part of my life science course so I've posted the thread here.

I'm just wondering what the hybridisation state would be for the Nitrogen on this molecule (you can ignore the numbers). A little explanation would also be appreciated as chemistry really isn't my strong point!
