Well how many f325 papers have you done?

if you've only done 1 f324 paper but like 5 f325 papers then it's not really a fair comparision

I find F325 more logical as its basically all calculations and memorising stuff

I revise F325 by using flash cards and writing all of the spec points on them

Other than reagents and conditions of reactions , that's all you can really memorise for f324 but I don't find most things difficult just NMR spec and stereoisomers

I've done several , so you might be right but things like stereo isomers related Qs I lose marks in, so it may be worth focussing on that

How do you manage that!? I think you need to spend time practicing unit 4 questions. Reread your notes or textbook and tackle the things you find hard rather than the things you can do. Try try try again.

VI means ox. state of iron is +6
Overall charge of the ion is 2-
Ox. state of oxygen is 2-
So four oxygens (4×-2=-8) gets us down from +6 (ox. state of iron) to -2 (overall charge)
So FeO4 2-

why oxygen though

The suffix 'ate' usually means it has an oxygen (ferrATE)
