A2 biology unit 5 article question

Hi fellow students :-D

i'm having my unit 5 mock exam this monday, its my first time doing the article question and i dont know how to prepare for it. What do i have to do to prepare for it.

I have read the article once. It had a lot of content in it. So i was wondering do i have to know all of it? The past paper questions had paragraph numbers written on each question so does that mean i get another copy of the article during the exam?
