It's just called hydrated copper(II) sulphate.

But simply hydrated wouldn't tell you how much water there was etc?

"hydrated ionic compounds must indicate the presence of water with the word "hydrate" and indicate the number present with the proper prefix. The formula for water is written after the formula for the ionic compound with a number coeffecient indicating the number present. Usually there is a point separating the ionic compound formula and the formula for water.

example: ZnCl2 . 6H20 - zinc chloride hexahydrate "
