uniiii help me please quik response please!!!!!

Hi i failed my first year of alevels having passed only maths with a grade c.
I am now planning to do btec level 3 and a2 maths and was wondering if i get a b for maths which is 100 ucas points would my btec suffice to add up the remaining points i need to get into uni by the end of this year (my friend said it would saying 1 year of btec gets you 210 points) so if i get 210+100=310
Is this possible and can i get into uni at the end of this year!?

Im assuming 300+? But i was just wondering if i can get in so even if the ucas points was 280 can i get in with 310 even though i did one year btec and a2 maths?
