Need help for oxford aqa alevel

Subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Physics. (all AS level)
In desperate need of resources. I can't seem to find anything online, no past papers, no notes, no video lectures nothing so if you're someone that has done Oxford IAl AQA alevel (not AQA alevel) please help me out.
Also where do I get past papers from? I've heard I need to pay for them which im willing to do but I can't find any website that sells them.
Ps. if you've done these subjects and scored well and won't mind sharing your notes, please please reach out!
