As Mock C/wk Planner - Phosphate and Mitosis

We've been set a C/wk Planner as homework in Biology. In it, we have to plan an experiment to find out the effects of phosphate ions on mitosis in root tip cells.

I know that for this we have to make different concentrations of phophate ion solutions, and our Teacher told us to research nutrient solutions such as Knop's Sach's and Hoagland's, but it doesn't matter how many pages I find, nothing I need is there.

So, I need to know, exactly HOW you make a solution of phosphate ions. The closest thing I can find is the use of Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate but I don't know how to make this solution up.

Can anyone help? The deadline for this is this Thursday.
