college in usa/canada work extremely differently, and that's where this stat is coming from. I'm in my third year of a humanities degree and only know one person that's dropped out in my degree field or my other friends :smile:

I'm also in my final year, and i know quite a lot of people who have dropped out. Sometimes they enrol, attend the first week or two, and then drop out, not realizing that they will have to pay back the student finance payment!
