Viscosity

I'm doing an investigation in Physics into the Electrorheological properties of milk chocolate. This involves running a large current through milk chocolate and observing how the viscosity of it is affected (which it is). How do I measure vicosity experimentally? This is the only thing holding me back from the experiment lol

we've discussed this a few times before on this forum.

Try doing a search

e.g. dropping a ball in a tube of liquid and using Stokes law

timing how long it takes to pass through a funnel

pouring it on an inclined slope and timing its descent

etc etc...
