I’m a non-EU applicant I. In my first year of A levels (sitting AS soon). Can you advise whether I can sit the entrance exam this year, my penultimate year and also do it next year as well and use the best result to put forward ? Or is it that you sit the test in the year you intend to start uni and therefore you only get to sit the test once ?

But, from what I know, you know need a high school diploma to apply to do the exam or at least you should receive it by the time you start university. And it is advisable to already know the topics that are covered in the course.
I don't know if you can "save" your exam for a future year but that doesn't seem possible.
Again, I think you should send them an email to ask them about this issue.

I don't know exactly but it went well past 100. There were 50 non EU places at the time, compared to 70 now. Don't worry.
