i am international student.. starting MSc Software Engineering ..
I really need help in writing research paper and technical reports. i am not used to write in english..

please tell me if you any books that can help in writing?

Perhaps "Research Papers For Dummies" might help for a start? (no i am not joking).
Have you done any googling? i will have thought the web might have some resources on this topic.

Not a book, but if you have a look through CiteSeer, you'll get an idea of how the papers tend to be laid out and the sort of vocabulary and constructions which are used.
