Get yourself a used Ipad Pro or something, and read up on specifications. The hard truth is, you aren't finding anything like that for the budget you have. If your budget is set in stone, ditch the idea of spec expectations - you'll only be deluding yourself into thinking that something with said specs will fit your restrictive budget. With £600 - there's not many midrange laptops out there in the first place, and close to none with the specs you're expecting. Read up on specifications and their prices, or don't have specific expectations if you have no idea what you're looking for.
